Our placement guidelines:
If you are interested in possibly purchasing a puppy from Lyncryst Collies, here are a few guidelines as to how we select and place our available puppies with forever family homes.
1) Watch this webpage for details and updates. We regularly update this page with the latest news on our expecting mothers, whelping dates, puppy pictures, etc.
2) When a litter is approximately 3-6 weeks old, we will make our first selections and begin to single out pups that will be available for family placement. Please note that it should be assumed that a few pups from each litter will be held back for us to incorporate into our showing/breeding program (therefore not every pup from a litter will be sold to a family home).
3) It is suggested that you contact us with your interest in a pup and specify what you are looking for (i.e. sex/color) when the pups are born. Again, we will post that news here for you to see, so keep checking back to this page for the latest updates. We are no longer keeping a "list" for potential family homes; instead we prefer that you contact us with your interest when the pups are born. This way we have a more accurate picture of what pups may be available and so do you.

unless special circumstances have been negotiated prior to the sale of the pup (such as pups sold specifically as show prospects).
(We do not sell "breeding stock" puppies. If you are interested in a 'show quality puppy' please contact us to fill out our questionnaire and participate in our screening process. This is not intended to discourage new showers, but to reassure us that our kennel's reputation and our show quality pups are placed in the right exhibitor homes. )
