CH. Marnus Lucky Penny "Penny" (Ch. Barksdale Beneficiary ROM ex Ch. Marnus Happy Go Lucky) Here at Lyncryst Collies we are excited and pleased to announce the aquisition of a truely lovely girl, Penny, who comes to us from Marnus Collies.   Thank you to Ron and Marcia for sharing this girl with us! Penny is a mischevious, sweet-hearted lady who loves to play!  She has a sweet, typey Collie expression, pretty eye, natural ears, and lovely outline. She finished her AKC Championship with 3 specialty majors before the age of 3.  She has already proved herself to be a great mom in the whelping box and we are happy to incorporate her many virtues into our breeding program. We are proud of our girl! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   Lyncryst Mazie Mae "Mazie" (Lyncryst Captured in Gold x Ch Overland Blue Avenue) bred by C Murphy Mazie is a homebred girl with a lovely golden sable coat color and a very pretty expression/eye.  She has proven herself to be a wonderful mother and has several points towards her AKC championship.  Mazie will be back in the show ring when her new coat comes in! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~        CH Lyncryst Sweet Royale "Tessa"  (Ch Marnus Royal Gold ex Lyncryst Sassy N Sweet) bred by C. Murphy & C. Fabeck "Tessa" is a lovely mahagany sable girl with a sweet, soft expression, sound movement, great neck and lots of balance.  Tessa is the mother to our Champion blue male, Gryffin (CH Lyncryst Silver Wizard) and grandmother to Emma pictured above.  Tessa has a 3 point major at 15 months under breeder-judge Russell Kaufmann at the Midwest Collie Club Specialty Show, and a 4 point major under breeder-judge Betty Peplin at the Cleveland Cluster shows in '05.  Tessa finished her AKC Championship in July '07, breeder/owner-handled to almost all points.   Tessa is now retired and resides with her new owner, Sue.  She may make a few "cameo" ring appearances so watch for her!
